Instructions to Examiners
  1. Bill to be signed and sent in triplicate.
  2. If bill amount exceeds Rs.5000, one copy of bill to be signed over Re.1 revenue stamp.
  3. Enclose one copy of bank statement or first page of bank passbook containing Name, Account number and IFSC code.
  4. Bill shall be submitted within a month duration.
